Join us for outdoor vinyasa yoga, where the community comes together to breathe, move, and meditate as one.
Breathe in the fresh air, put your feet on the green grass under a tree, and enjoy the park. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is accessible for anyone looking to unwind and connect your mind and body with nature. Jamie T. will lead you through a Hatha Vinyasa (flow) style practice. Grab your mat, a bottle of water, and bug spray, put on some comfortable clothes, and get ready to reconnect with yourself and others.
*For light or medium rain, class will not be canceled and will take place on the covered deck, but is limited to 6 to 8 students due to limited covered space. The temperature for class also will need to be 65 degrees F or higher for class to take place. Updates about cancellations because of weather will be posted on Eventbrite.
